Job summary

HomeRise seeks a Site Manager II for the Rincon Hill apartments in San Francisco. You will oversee daily operations of a 120-unit site, supervise staff, and work with resident services to ensure safe, clean, and supportive housing aligned with lease terms.

The role requires a high school diploma, 4+ years in affordable housing, familiarity with SF market, and strong leadership. On-call duties and reporting responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Professional certification in property or affordable housing management (Tax Credit Certification) preferred or within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience working in the housing (affordable or supportive) field with a strong knowledge of the San Francisco housing market and geography.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid California Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for a 120-unit supportive housing site in Rincon Hill, SF.
• Oversee on-site staff and coordinate with resident services for housing retention.
• Maintain building safety, leases, and compliance with program policies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports including occupancy and subsidy data.
• On-call responsibilities for after-hours emergencies and site issues.
