Express Wash Concepts LLC is hiring for an Assistant Site Manager at our East McKeesport location. You will lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You’ll work to exceed sales goals, manage scheduling, assist with recruitment, and oversee cash handling and safety procedures. Join a fast-growing team with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling effectively.
• Oversee P&L through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures.
• Ensure quality control checks are performed accurately.
• Follow cash management procedures including reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and SOPs.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base.
• Pursue growth through educational/training opportunities.
• Perform other related duties as required.
