Express Wash Concepts is hiring an Assistant Site Manager in East McKeesport, PA. Earn $22.00 per hour with potential incentives based on site performance. You will support the site manager, drive sales, and lead a customer-focused team in a fast-paced car wash environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation.
• Basic IT profiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication to engage with customers.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train staff.
• Present a professional image per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist site manager to ensure store operations and customer service needs are met.
• Lead sales efforts by engaging potential customers and upselling monthly unlimited packages.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling with integrity and accountability.
• Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliations, audits and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and supplies; ensure safety and SOP compliance.
• Coach, mentor and train team members to deliver the mission.
• Close the site at least two nights weekly and open as needed.
• Learn wash processes and equipment to expand knowledge base.

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

As an Assistant Site Manager, you willassistthe site manager to ensure the store isoperatingand exceeding customer service needs.You will alsofocus sales efforts byengaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packagesand upselling products to existing customers! Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.

• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.

• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.

• Assist with Recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.

• Successful management of labor and staff scheduling

• Effective P&L management through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures

• Maintain quality assurance throughaccurateQuality Control checks.

• Follow standard procedures for cash management to include daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.

• Monitor inventory and supplies andassistwith orders.

• Ensure adherence to all safety protocolsand standardoperating procedures.

• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.

• Learn washprocessand equipment to expand theknowledgebase.

• Further growth through educational/training opportunities

• Perform other related duties asrequiredand assigned.

WhatYou’llNeed to Shine

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
