Job summary

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG) seeks a proactive Site Manager to oversee field operations on repair projects. You will coordinate with project managers and trade partners to keep work on schedule, within scope, and to SRG quality standards.

This role emphasizes clear communication with customers, accurate documentation, and diligent use of company systems. A minimum of one year in construction and comfort with technology are required, with room to grow within a faith-based, support-oriented

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year construction experience; construction management preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to understand and manage repair scopes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely updates to customers, project managers, and trade partners on progress.
• Maintain detailed understanding of the contracted repair scope and document changes.
• Oversee job sites to ensure work aligns with scope and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production management to strengthen relationships with trade partners.
• Develop and maintain proficiency in company business systems to streamline workflows.
