Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Manager, Area to oversee multiple sites and implement safety, staffing, and budget plans across the region.

You will supervise area staff, coordinate with customers, prepare site reports, and drive efficient use of materials and equipment while ensuring SBM standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field with 2–5 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and planning abilities; proven communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and site performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with safety programs across sites within area of responsibility.
  • Standardize employee safety, attendance and recognition programs.
  • Manage forecasts and budgets; present recommendations to management.
  • Maintain relationships with key customer contacts at each site.
  • Provide weekly site reports to Regional Manager.
  • Conduct site audits and manage QBR calendar for area.
  • Oversee efficient use of materials, machines, and personnel.
  • Train and direct employees on SBM policies and equipment purchases.
  • Perform day-to-day operational activities and visit accounts regularly.
  • Travel to multiple sites as required.

Job description

Title: Site Manager, Area (Multiple Sites)
Job Overview

The Site Manager, Area will be responsible for managing company programs and area staff to ensure compliance with contract duties between company and customer.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Assist with overall safety programs for each site within area of responsibility
  • Implement/standardize employee safety, attendance, and recognition programs for all sites
  • Manage and provide direction in preparation of forecast and budgets
  • Provide recommendations on budget modifications to local management and/or Corporate Finance
  • Assist with maintaining one on one relationship with key customer contacts at each site
  • Consolidate and provide weekly Site Reports to Regional Manager
  • Complete scheduled and unscheduled site audits with staff and key customer contacts
  • Schedule and manage QBR calendar for assigned area
  • Develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees
  • Review and provide training, direction on employee communication, InSite, supplies and equipment purchases
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operational activities for a specified area
  • Inspect all assigned accounts and frequently visit customers
  • Assist supervisors to ensure performance to customer and SBM specifications are met
  • Some travel will be required for this position
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

  • Education and/ or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 2-5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; reviewing and approving employee time cards; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
