Job summary

Randstad North America is seeking a Site Manager for our Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) division. This on-site role partners with a client's HR function to recruit, screen, and place talent, coordinating closely with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.

Work hours are 1 PM to 9 PM, with responsibilities spanning relationship management, recruitment planning, and ensuring compliant, high-volume staffing solutions on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
• 1+ years in either high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and candidates.
• Proven multitasking and workload prioritization abilities.
• Professional communication at all levels of the client organization.
• Experience presenting business reviews and workforce strategies to groups.

RIS offers a unique operations and staffing solution that caters specifically to clients with high-volume staffing needs. Randstad supports these top-tier accounts with an embedded solution, partnering on a client\'s site to solve their workforce challenges.

The Site Manager will work on-site at our client\'s location and build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. They listen to understand the quality and volume and screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates to fill positions. Site Managers act as an on-site extension of the client's HR function, managing all aspects of the client workforce including business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of the employees. The work hours are 1 PM to 9 PM.
