Job summary

Randstad is hiring a Site Manager to support our RIS division on-site at a client location. You will build relationships with hiring managers, understand staffing needs, and screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates to fill positions.

The Site Manager acts as an on-site extension of the client’s HR function, managing all aspects of the workforce. The role requires 3+ years in sales/recruiting and 1+ year in high-volume staffing.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
  • 1+ years in high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • Professional communication across all client levels.

RIS offers a unique operations and staffing solution that caters specifically to clients with high-volume staffing needs. Randstad supports these top-tier accounts with an embedded solution, partnering on a client’s site to solve their workforce challenges.

The Site Manager will work on-site at our client’s location and build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. They listen to understand the quality and volume and screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates to fill positions. Site Managers act as an on-site extension of the client's HR function, managing all aspects of the client workforce including business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of the employees.

What you need to bring:
  • 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting
  • 1+ years in either high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Experience multi-tasking and effectively prioritizing workload
  • Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner
  • Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups
  • Ability to identify customer's needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
