Job summary

Enertis Applus+ seeks an on-site construction oversight professional to supervise EPC contractor activities and ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.

You will interface with the EPC Site Manager, Owner’s PM, and inspectors, conduct daily HSE walkdowns, and support change order validation while tracking progress, manpower, and material deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising on-site construction teams and coordinating with EPC contractors.
• Ability to track progress, prepare reports, and review field data.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and site safety plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage the On-Site Construction Team and supervise EPC Contractor work to meet Project targets.
• Interface with EPC Site Manager, Owner’s PM, and local inspectors.
• Conduct daily HSE walkdowns and verify EPC adherence to JHAs and site-specific safety plans.
• Support change order review and validation.
• Attend on-site monthly meetings and coordinate elaboration of executive reports.
• Attend project level weekly meetings with Owner and EPC Contractor.
• Track manpower, material deliveries, and site progress. Schedule & Risk.
• Review and validate monthly contractor invoices and progress payments.
• Provide weekly construction reports covering safety, site conditions, weather, site manpower, work completed and in-progress, Contractor equipment and materials On-site, and any work interferences, disruptions or Contractor under-performance.
• Issue field reports as reasonably requested, and weekly progress summary
• Maintain site defects and corrective action log.
• Create detailed construction supervision reports and informing the Owner through the OE Project Manager
• Coordinate turnover readiness, test documentation, and punch-list completion.

Job description

Provides daily on-site technical oversight of EPC construction activities for the Project. Ensures field execution complies with approved design, quality, and safety standards, and supports the Project Manager with accurate progress, testing, and commissioning data.

Key responsibilities include

Execution Oversight

• Management of the On-Site Construction Team and supervision on the EPC Contractor work to meet Project targets.
• Interface with EPC Site Manager, Owner’s PM, and local inspectors.
• Conduct daily HSE walkdowns and verify EPC adherence to JHAs and site-specific safety plans.
• Support change order review and validation.

Planning & Coordination

• Attend on-site monthly meetings and coordinate elaboration of corresponding executive reports.
• Attend project level weekly meetings with Owner and EPC Contractor.
• Track manpower, material deliveries, and site progress. Schedule & Risk

Schedule & Risk

• Validate EPC’s lookahead schedules and identify deviations.
• Report risk items and change events to the Project Manager.
• Prepare, maintain, and update weekly tracking tables to show in graphic form the status and quantity of work completed and remaining to be performed. Verify Contractor progress reporting including percentage completion, milestones completed and work invoiced.
