Responsibilities

Perform repairs inside/outside buildings.
Replace floor tiles.
Repair restroom stall doors, locks and hinges.
Paint inside/outside of buildings.
Grounds keeping.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machinery and building systems run smoothly.
Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools (hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches).
Light plumbing and toilet repair.
Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
Dismantle devices to remove defective parts using hand and power tools.
Communicate supply needs for projects with supervisor.
Paint and repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, and other building parts.
