Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Worker/ Groundskeeper to maintain the landscape around our buildings in TX. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, weeding, pressure washing, and plant care. Prior groundskeeping or landscaping experience is preferred.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related experience. Proficiency with power equipment and basic maintenance is expected, with physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping and grounds around designated areas

• Plant and maintain flowers, bushes, hedges, or shrubs
• Perform preventative maintenance on indoor and outdoor facilities
• Clean all pedestrian surfaces and walls
• Performs routine maintenance on power equipment
