Paycom - ATS in Rochester, NY is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support daily upkeep of the property. You will handle routine maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas under supervision, respond to work orders, and assist in turnover cleaning, painting, and snow removal.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas under supervision, including routine service calls, turnover cleaning, painting, and snow removal.
• Document property conditions, including cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Perform maintenance on buildings as needed.
• Provide on-call coverage for emergency calls.
• Assist in preparation of apartments for turnover.
• Complete work orders under supervision of maintenance tech I or superintendent.
• Perform snow removal as required.
• Clean all common areas daily (vacuuming, carpet shampooing).
• Grounds/lot cleanup tasks as needed.
• Respond to lockouts, noise issues, and disturbances.
• Maintain records as required.
• Complete trash and refuse removal weekly.
