Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior areas of our property in Houston. Responsibilities include trash removal, lawn care, landscaping, and upkeep of trees and shrubs, with attention to appearance and safety.

The role involves assisting with sprinkler systems, using equipment like tractors and mowers, and following OSHA safety policies in all tasks. A high school diploma or GED is required, with physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Experience in grounds maintenance is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and parking lots daily.
• Remove trash from office areas and perimeter.
• Care for trees, shrubs, and flowers including watering, pruning, fertilizing, mulching, and weed control.
• Plant shrubs and vegetation and maintain a professional appearance.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist with sprinkler system inspection, repair, and installation.
