Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair work across apartment communities and office facilities. The role includes HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, and painting tasks to ensure units are rent-ready.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year in maintenance, and a valid Texas driver’s license. Overtime and after-hours shifts may be required, with a focus on safety and efficient work order completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 year relevant maintenance experience.
• Certificate from a maintenance trade/vocational program is acceptable.
• Valid Texas Driver's License and ability to be insured.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, and painting tasks.
• Service and repair air conditioning units including removal and possible installation.
• Prepare housing units for new occupants and maintain move‑out work orders.
• Keep detailed logs and forms; manage tools and supplies in the maintenance shop.
