Aluminum-Precision-Products- (APP) in Santa Ana, CA seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance personnel and coordinate daily with Press, Production, Inspection, Shipping, and Quality Control. The role emphasizes safety, training, audits, and efficiency across the site.

You will organize tasks, write evaluations, ensure adherence to specifications, and drive improvements while maintaining APP policies and a lean environment. Strong attendance and on-time performance are critical.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as maintenance mechanic or equivalent.
• Hydraulic, electrical and mechanical knowledge required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must communicate in English (reading, writing, verbal).
• Knowledge of production equipment and workflows.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and directs maintenance personnel.
• Plan and lead technical improvement meetings.
• Conduct and administer employee training programs.
• Lead corrective action activities.
• Assist in NADCAP and AS 9100 audits as required.
• Review and approve vacation requests.
• Manage attendance and job costing entry.
• Use IFS reports to verify job card information.
