Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance activities, coordinate workflow, and ensure timely completion of tasks while supporting staff performance and safety.

You will lead maintenance operations, allocate resources, analyze performance data, and partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain to keep equipment reliable and compliant with AS9100/FAA standards. A Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
• AS9100 or FAA Part 145 familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance operations and workflow using CMMS.
• Allocate resources and assign work orders based on skill.
• Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to reduce downtime.
• Resolve escalated issues with engineering and QA teams.
• Ensure safety compliance and audit-ready documentation.
• Review performance reports and drive process improvements.
• Coach and develop maintenance staff through evaluations and training.
• Collaborate with supply chain for parts and tools.
