Job summary

Aluminum-Precision-Products in Santa Ana is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and supervise the fabrication, assembly, and repair of aluminum components. You will organize tasks, monitor schedules, and ensure quality to meet production goals.

The role oversees 20+ workers, trains staff, and collaborates with management to implement lean improvements and corrective actions. Strong leadership, blueprint-reading, and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ lead experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• English reading/writing fluency.
• Manufacturing/production experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and assigns tasks to workers to follow production schedule.
• Ensure operating efficiencies and schedule adherence.
• Ensure quality and production requirements met.
• Lead RCCA investigations and corrective actions.
• Operate production machines as needed.
• Coordinate projects between management and workers.
• Maintain labor reporting and product counts.
