Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee on-site maintenance operations, ensuring reliability of engineering assets and a strong safety culture. You will report to the Maintenance Manager or Regional Maintenance Manager and lead a team of technicians to meet site objectives.

Key focus areas include preventive/predictive maintenance, KPI tracking (OEE, PM/PdM), safety compliance, and collaboration with MM and regional teams to drive performance and continuous

Qualifications

3+ years in a management role overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations.
Proficient in preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment.
Ability to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field (preferred) OR 5+ years of relevant management experience.
Certification in maintenance management or reliability (e.g., CMRP, PMP).
Experience with conveyor systems and robotics used in logistics and fulfillment centers.

Responsibilities

Lead safety leadership and ensure compliance with safety protocols, including training and audits.
Oversee safety metrics and incident resolution.
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Monitor KPIs (PM/PdM, high-severity breakdowns, OEE) and resolve issues.
Ensure timely work orders and manage SIM ticket tracking.
Supervise maintenance technicians and foster a collaborative team environment.
Collaborate with MM to identify high-potential employees and develop plans.
Act as on-site contact for maintenance issues and coordinate with RME and Operations.
