Job summary

C&W Services in Salt Lake City is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to supervise maintenance operations at a single site, ensuring the reliability of engineering assets and a safety-first culture.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager or Regional Maintenance Manager, the AMM leads safety, preventive maintenance, and team development; collaborates with site leadership to meet performance goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations.
• Strong leadership, safety commitment, and effective communication.
• Proficiency in preventive/predictive maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and ensure safety compliance and training.
• Lead preventive/predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and support development plans.
• Act as on-site contact for client issues and coordinate with RME and Operations.
• Maintain accurate data in CMMS and support inventory and budget controls.
