Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and facility support across sites, fostering a People First culture while ensuring safe operations and continuous improvement.

You will mentor AMMs, collaborate with regional leaders, and drive KPIs (SLI, OEE, PM/PdM) to maximize uptime and reliability. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in maintenance management with predictive and preventive maintenance, and proven leadership across multiple teams or a high-complexity site.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMMS.
• Willingness to provide 24/7 support.
• Experience in high-volume environments such as fulfillment centers, manufacturing, or logistics (preferred).
• Certifications in maintenance management or reliability (CMRP, CRL, PMP) (preferred).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Tableau/Power BI for strategic decision-making (preferred).
• Experience managing multi-site operations and cross-functional collaboration with clients and site operations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and align AMMs and site teams with company and client goals.
• Clearly communicate the company’s vision, mission, and strategy to foster operational alignment and engagement.
• Mentor and coach AMMs to build a pipeline of future leaders.
• Support succession planning and career development through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Foster an inclusive and innovative team atmosphere.
• Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with safety protocols and training completion.
• Partner with Regional Safety Specialists to address challenges and achieve safety milestones.
• Take ownership of safety incidents, managing cases from identification to resolution.
• Conduct and oversee regular safety audits and touchpoints.
• Drive performance in PM/PdM programs to maximize uptime and equipment reliability.
• Monitor KPIs like SLI, OEE, and PM/PdM completion rates.
• Ensure timely resolution of SIM tickets and execution of PCAs.
• Build and maintain relationships with site leadership; participate in QBRs.
• Maintain compliance with timesheets, travel/expenses, training records, TT/SIM‑T systems, and RCAs.
