Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee site maintenance operations, drive safety, reliability, and team development at a single Sacramento-area facility. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead preventive programs and coordinate with operations to meet uptime and safety goals.

The role requires 3+ years leading maintenance teams, strong knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Formación

• 3+ years in a management role overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations.
• Proficient in preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Strong leadership, safety commitment, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety leadership and ensure compliance with safety protocols and audits.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and provide coaching and development; conduct regular 1:1 meetings and team huddles.
• Act as on-site point of contact for maintenance issues and collaborate with operations to resolve challenges.
• Maintain CMMS data accuracy, track dashboard metrics, and support inventory and budget processes.
