Job summary

L’Oréal Streetsboro site is seeking a Site Learning Lead to drive learning initiatives, onboarding, and continuous improvement in People Development & Learning. You will partner with HR, site leadership, and NA Zone Learning to deliver targeted training programs and day-to-day learning operations.

You will coordinate critical onboarding experiences, drive content updates, and ensure compliance trainings are completed, while aligning with site goals and long-term learning roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or HR beneficial.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
• Has worked across multiple levels of leadership in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives Learning initiatives that enable organizational growth.
• Serve as a point of contact for HRBP, managers, and employees on onboarding and new-hire experience.
• Coordinate and deliver compliance, technical, and professional development trainings.
• Lead Day 1 orientation and critical introductions to onsite EHS and trainers.
• Enroll new hires into corporate trainings and ensure completion of mandatory programs.
• Manage and update content to keep New Hire guides current 2x/year.
• Collaborate with Zone Learning Leadership to align with long-term site roadmaps.
• Benchmark best practices to elevate learning and education across sites.
