Job summary

L’Oréal USA is seeking a Learning Site Lead in New Jersey to drive Learning systems and initiatives that enable individual and organizational growth. You will act as the point of contact for HRBP, managers, and employees on onboarding and new hire experience and report to the AVP – Operational Excellence.

You will oversee the training calendar, safety, quality, and performance disciplines, collaborate with North America Zone Learning Leadership, and ensure compliance with PD&L strategy and audit

Qualifications

• Understand plant operations and shop-floor processes.
• Experience in manufacturing talent development or plant HR preferred.
• Strong instructional design and on-the-floor facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation of current training programs and help set priorities.
• Own creation and management of the Training, Learning and Education pillar within CI/TPM.
• Identify skill gaps with plant leadership and plan targeted training.
• Develop and communicate skill matrices aligned with site leadership.
