Job summary

L'Oréal USA, Inc. Streetsboro, OH is seeking a Site Learning Lead to drive the global PD&L learning strategy at the site. You will own training initiatives, partner with HR and site leadership, and coordinate with the North America zone for aligned development programs.

The role requires delivering onboarding, compliance, and leadership development sessions while managing content in the LMS. You will coach leaders, manage program playbooks, and ensure new hires receive Day 1 onboarding,

Qualifications

• Supply chain experience in operations
• Experience in Learning & Development (L&D)
• Lean / Six Sigma knowledge
• Ability to work in a matrix leadership environment (HR + Supply Chain)
• Instructional design, storytelling, and facilitation skills
• Adult learning principles and L&D best practices

Responsibilities

• Own the Training, Learning, and Education pillar within the sites' Continuous Improvement & Analytics program
• Collaborate with Local HR Site Lead and Site Leadership to identify learning gaps
• Partner with North America Zone Learning Leadership to align with short-term needs and long-term roadmap
• Facilitate and administer compliance, technical, and professional development trainings
• Deliver Day 1 Orientation and onboarding training experiences
• Ensure completion of required Learnings and manage content updates in LMS
