Job summary

L'Oréal is seeking a Manager – Learning Site Lead at the Franklin Manufacturing site in New Jersey. This role drives learning systems and initiatives, partnering with HRBPs, managers and employees to optimize onboarding and the new hire experience.

You will own the training calendar, ensure safety, quality and performance training, and collaborate with global and NA teams to align short- and long-term learning roadmaps. A strong background in manufacturing L&D is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing talent development or plant HR preferred.
• Strong instructional design and on-the-floor facilitation skills.
• Ability to analyze training metrics and drive improvements.
• Experience partnering with plant leadership and HR.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, GMP training standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize current training programs to align with critical roles (operators, etc.).
• Own the Training, Learning and Education pillar within CI/TPM and analytics programs.
• Identify skill gaps with plant leadership and advocate for shifts and coverage.
• Develop and update skill matrices; ensure clear communication to site leadership.
• Manage the site annual training calendar and key disciplines (Safety, Quality, Performance).
• Collaborate with NA Zone Learning Leadership to set short-term and long-term training roadmap.
• Administer compliant, technical and professional development trainings per PD&L strategy.
• Coordinate New Hire Plant Orientation and onboarding activities.
• Ensure LMS and New Hire Guide adherence across shifts.
