Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategy for new site builds, asset expansions, tech transfers and system rollouts.
• Champion human-centered design for experiential, role-based training.
• Pioneer Digital and AI capabilities in L&D to accelerate time-to-proficiency.
• Oversee LMS governance, data integrity, and curricula structures.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing L&D team and collaborate with site leaders.
