Job summary

You will drive learner-centric design, oversee curricula governance, and integrate Digital and AI solutions to optimize capability building and execution while ensuring GxP compliance. The role focuses on workforce readiness during capital projects, tech transfers, and enterprise system implementations,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with extensive relevant experience in regulated environments.
• Bachelor's degree with 11+ years of relevant experience in Education, Business, STEM or related field; or Master's with 9+ years.
• Experience in GxP training, quality management systems, and operational excellence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategy for new site builds, tech transfers and enterprise system rollouts.
• Design experiential, role-based training aligned to workflows and cognitive load.
• Pioneer Digital and AI capabilities to accelerate time-to-proficiency in L&D.
• Oversee LMS governance, data integrity and reporting for learning programs.
