Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of industrial experience in driving continuous improvement.
• Strong foundation in core Lean concepts (5S, standard work, value stream mapping).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Plant Leadership Team through strategic planning and Hoshin planning.
• Drive site continuous improvement plan and track financial impact.
• Coach cross-functional teams on Lean tools and problem solving.
