Job summary

Integer Holdings seeks a senior engineering leader to manage a team of engineers and supervisors, delivering technical expertise to sustain and optimize production, ensure site quality, and drive continuous improvement.

You will oversee cross-functional engineering activities, champion Manufacturing Excellence, Lean practices, and safe, compliant operations while aligning with the site goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a technical discipline.
• Green Belt or PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering leadership in manufacturing environments.
• Experience driving Lean, continuous-improvement initiatives, and KPI-driven results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and engineering supervisors to support Site Operations with technical expertise and innovative solutions.
• Champion Manufacturing Excellence and Lean practices to optimize production and engineering activities.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and EH&S protocols, and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Develop talent, establish development plans, and manage KPI boards and site reviews.
• Collaborate with R&D/Product Development and engage with customers as needed.
