Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a Lean Transformation leader to own the site's Lean strategy and drive measurable improvements across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will partner with the Site Director to prioritize opportunities, lead Kaizen events, and embed Lean thinking into daily management and standard work.

The role demands strong leadership, proven results in manufacturing, and the ability to influence senior teams to sustain changes across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial engineering strongly preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership in Kaizen/Continuous Improvement.
• Proficiency with Kaizen methods and tools: Gemba Kaizen, Value Stream Analysis, Visual & Daily Management, Hoshin Kanri, SMED, TPM, Standard Work.
• Ability to facilitate Kaizen events and lead cost reduction and process-flow improvements.
• Able to provide leadership and strategic direction as part of the site leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Own the transformation and build a site-wide Lean roadmap aligned to business strategy (Hoshin Kanri).
• Partner with the Site Director to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Drive measurable gains across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.
• Facilitate high-impact Kaizen events focused on flow, constraint removal, and cost transformation.
• Embed Lean thinking into daily decisions, not just projects.
• Develop operators, supervisors, and leaders into capable problem solvers.
