Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Site Lean Change Agent to drive continuous improvement across the Plant Leadership Team and lead strategic planning aligned with Manufacturing Excellence initiatives. You will coach cross‑functional teams, promote a lean culture, and track the financial impact of initiatives, while prioritizing safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory improvements.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5 years of industrial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years industrial experience driving continuous improvement.
• Strong foundation in core Lean concepts incl. 5S, TPM, standard work, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Planning via Hoshin Planning to identify site breakthrough opportunities and transform the site.
• Facilitate Lean Diagnosis Workshops to create strategic improvement plans for each value stream.
• Coach cross-functional teams and lead implementation of Integer Production System workshops.
• Manage and execute the Site Continuous Improvement Plan and track financial impact of initiatives.
• Promote Lean culture through training, mentoring, and on-floor leadership.
• Ensure alignment with Corporate Manufacturing Excellence initiatives and share best practices across sites.
