Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Site Leader to provide world-class jobsite leadership for large, long-duration projects involving Vertiv power and/or thermal equipment. You will be the on-site technical representative, coordinating with Project Managers and customers to drive cost controls, schedules, and a positive customer experience.

This role requires strong leadership, extensive knowledge of critical infrastructure equipment, and the ability to manage on-site teams and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading start-up and commissioning of power/HVAC equipment.
• Minimum 2 years industrial construction management.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead jobsite construction and technical leadership for large projects.
• Represent Vertiv at customer meetings and coordinate with project teams.
• Ensure manpower for start-up and site testing.
• Provide daily status reports to management and sales.
