Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Site Leader in Texas. You will lead a team of 10-15, drive guest satisfaction through high service standards, and ensure smooth daily operations in an outdoor, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, performing key equipment checks, and maintaining a clean facility. This role requires hands-on leadership and the stamina for long shifts outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer & team facing leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• A willingness to work on equipment and get your hands dirty.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10-15 employees, while creating a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun!
• Fast paced and structured work environment.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Perform limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
