Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a General Manager (Site Leader) to oversee daily operations, lead a 10–15 person team, and deliver outstanding guest service. You’ll drive performance while maintaining a clean, efficient site and training staff across roles.

The role requires hands-on leadership, problem-solving, resilience, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. A strong safety mindset and ability to drive results are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer and team-facing leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving and rapid decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to work on equipment and get hands dirty.
• Able to stand for long hours and work outdoors in all weather.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10–15 employees and foster a teamwork-focused culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through quality and friendly service.
• Perform limited admin tasks and quick checks on equipment.
• Attract, recruit, train, and develop employees at every position.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
• May require occasional driving for company business.
