Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Site Leader to manage daily operations and lead a 10-15 person team. You will drive customer satisfaction, ensure efficient processes, and uphold safety standards in an outdoor, fast-paced setting.

The role requires hands-on leadership, flexibility with hours, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. Competitive compensation with bonus potential and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer & team facing leadership experience required.
• Ability to quickly solve problems and make decisions.
• Willingness to work on equipment and get hands dirty.
• Able to stand for long hours and be on your feet.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10-15 employees and foster teamwork and a positive culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience through friendly service and quality checks.
• Perform limited admin tasks and routine equipment inspections.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff across all roles.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility and equipment rooms.
