The role blends hands-on leadership with administrative duties in an outdoor, fast-paced setting. We offer base pay plus premium for extra hours, bonus opportunities, profit sharing, and a schedule designed for work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer and team-facing leadership experience.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work on equipment and get your hands dirty.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
