Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Site Leader to drive daily operations, lead a small team on a fast-paced car wash site, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will supervise 10–15 staff, recruit and train, and keep the facility well maintained while performing essential admin tasks.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in customer-facing settings, comfort with hands-on equipment, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer & team facing leadership experience.
• Willingness to work on equipment and get your hands dirty.
• Able to stand for long hours and work outdoors in all weather.
• Must pass drug screen and background check as per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10–15 employees and foster teamwork and fun.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience through quality service.
• Recruit, train, and develop employees across roles.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility and equipment rooms.
• Perform limited admin tasks and quick checks on equipment.
