Tidal Wave Auto Spa in McDonough, GA is seeking a Site Leader/General Manager to run daily operations, lead a team of 10-15 associates, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role combines hands-on supervision with administrative duties, and requires a drive to meet volume, revenue, and profitability goals.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, maintain a clean facility, and work in all weather.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer & team facing leadership experience required.
• Willingness to perform hands-on operational duties outside of office tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and stand for long hours.
