Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a General Manager (Site Leader) to lead a 10–15 person team, ensure guest satisfaction, and hit volume, revenue and profitability goals at a busy location. This full-time role requires 3+ years of leadership, a willingness to work outdoors in all weather, and the ability to recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining a clean, safe facility.

The position combines administrative duties with hands-on operations and occasional driving, with compensation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer & team facing leadership experience.
• Willingness to work on equipment and get hands dirty.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work outdoors in all weather.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10–15 employees, fostering teamwork and a positive culture.
• Operate in a fast-paced, structured environment while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional guest service through quality and friendly interactions.
• Perform limited admin tasks and quick equipment checks.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff across positions.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
