Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Savannah, GA is seeking a Team Leader to support the site’s operations and lead a fast-paced team in a car wash environment. You’ll set the example by delivering enthusiastic service and helping the management team exceed goals.

Day-to-day duties include customer engagement, opening and closing the facility, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepping vehicles, guiding them through the tunnel, and assisting with routine equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor and assist in maintenance.
