You will manage 10-15 staff, recruit and train, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a safe, efficient facility. This role offers base pay, overtime premium, bonuses, and profit sharing, with a schedule designed for work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer & team facing leadership experience.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in all weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10-15 employees, fostering teamwork and a fun culture.
• Maintain a fast-paced, structured work environment.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Perform limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
