Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader in Georgia to help manage the facility and guide daily operations in a fast-paced car wash environment. This role emphasizes customer service, safety, and hands-on supervision for an energetic team.

You’ll open/close the site, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, and ensure equipment and grounds are well maintained. This position offers growth opportunities and a clear path to management within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
