Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to lead and develop the on-site team, ensuring outstanding guest experience and adherence to safety and brand standards. You’ll own daily operations, drive membership growth, monitor KPIs, and partner with leadership to meet site goals.

You will recruit, train, coach, and performance-manage staff while maintaining equipment reliability and cost controls. A track record in retail/hospitality leadership is preferred.
