Job summary

Glide Xpress Car Wash is seeking a Site Leader to own and drive the performance of a busy car wash site. In person leadership will coach and develop a team while ensuring fast, safe, and high-quality customer experiences daily across operations.

You will recruit, train, and schedule staff, lead team meetings, and enforce safety standards. You will manage payroll, inventory, and vendor relationships while driving growth and profitability for your site.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or management experience in service, retail, automotive or related fields.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the site’s overall performance, people, and operations.
• Ensure high-speed, safe, and quality wash operations and customer experiences.

What You’ll Own

As a Site Leader, you are responsible for people, performance, and operations.

Customer Experience & Operations

• Ensure speed, safety, and quality across all wash operations.
• Maintain site presentation, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and damage claims professionally.
• Oversee opening, closing, and daily operational execution.

Leadership & Team Development

• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop your team.
• Coach Customer Service Attendants and leaders through growth pathways.
• Lead team meetings and create a high‑performance culture.
• Enforce safety standards and accountability systems.

Revenue Growth & Cost Control

• Drive car count, membership growth, and overall site performance.
• Manage labor, utilities, and chemical usage to hit budget targets.
• Ensure preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

Administrative Leadership

• Review payroll, maintain employee records, and manage HR communication.
• Complete audits, reporting, and inventory management.
• Ensure operational consistency and compliance.
