Railserve, part of Marmon Holdings, Inc., is hiring a dependable Site Leader to oversee daily rail operations at industrial facilities in the United States. This full-time leadership role focuses on safe, efficient, and customer-oriented rail services, including switching, transloading, maintenance, and equipment management.

The role requires leading teams, training staff on safety protocols, and coordinating scheduling to ensure adequate coverage across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in rail operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to interpret safety rules and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a variety of in-plant operations including railcar switching, track maintenance, transloading, and equipment management.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; identify high performers for advancement.
• Coordinate daily operations to meet customer expectations and contract requirements.
• Maintain safety standards, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, fuel, and equipment cost control.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and service delivery.
• Perform administrative duties including timekeeping, reporting, and evaluations.
