Job summary

Railserve in Baton Rouge is seeking a dependable Site Leader to oversee daily rail operations at industrial facilities. You will train staff on safety protocols, coordinate shifts, manage scheduling, and maintain equipment and maintenance programs while building strong customer relationships.
