Job summary

Railserve, a Marmon Holdings company, seeks an experienced Track Services Project Manager & Estimating in Indiana to oversee rail construction and maintenance projects across active sites. You will coordinate crews, equipment, and vendors while driving safe, on-time delivery and strong customer relationships.

The role requires leadership, budgeting, estimating, and pricing support, with travel to project sites and a field-driven, safety-focused approach.

Qualifications

  • College degree in Building and Construction Technology or equivalent construction management experience preferred.
  • Experience in railroad construction, maintenance, or industrial operations preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and safety procedures.
  • Experience preparing proposals, reports, and customer correspondence.
  • Budgeting, cost management, and project coordination understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee rail construction and maintenance projects across active customer sites.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure safe project execution.
