Job summary

Railserve is seeking a Site Leader to oversee daily rail operations at industrial facilities in the United States. You will lead teams, develop employees, and build customer relationships while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant work.

The role is full-time with scheduling varying by site and requires strong leadership and safety focus. You will manage staffing, oversee cost considerations, and coordinate with maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience in rail operations or logistics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to pass drug screen, physical and background check.
  • Basic math skills including ratios and percentages.

You will lead teams, develop employees, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently.
