Tobin Scientific is seeking a Site Lead for the Beverly, MA consolidation center. You will manage daily warehouse operations, lead a hands-on team on the floor, and drive safe, efficient processes across receiving, inventory, staging, and shipments.

You will develop and enforce SOPs, train staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with management, ESFM, and vendors to resolve escalations and maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 2+ years in operations management within logistics, distribution, or warehousing.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Proficient with WMS, ERP, and shipment tracking software.
• Ability to train on SOPs and ensure compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and guide the team to ensure safe, efficient workflow.
• Oversee receiving, inventory, staging, order fulfillment, and shipments.
• Enforce safety regulations and SOP adherence across the site.
• Develop, implement, and train on SOPs; monitor compliance.
• Track KPIs and prepare operational reports; drive improvements.
• Coordinate with management, ESFM, and vendors to resolve issues.
