Job summary

Tobin Scientific, a leading provider of cold chain, ambient storage, and transport & logistics services for the biopharma industry, seeks a senior leader to scale our warehousing operations. You will oversee existing staff, launch new sites, and establish systems and cadence to accelerate expansion.

You will mentor managers, partner with Sales/BD, FP&A, Quality, T&L, Market Dev, and the Executive team, and ensure compliance with regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in warehousing, logistics, or specialized distribution.
• Master's Degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success of P&L ownership and growth at a regional or platform level.
• Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g. cGMP, defense) strongly preferred.
• Experience with growth-equity or PE-backed companies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Warehouse Operations comply with all relevant Federal/OSHA regulations and local requirements.
• Champion a proactive, client-centric culture that establishes the industry standard for responsiveness and client satisfaction.
• Synchronize the operating model across GMP and non-GMP warehouses, including SOPs, tech stack, KPIs, reporting, and escalation frameworks.
• Define and implement a consistent site-level P&L management approach.
• Develop operational playbooks for new warehouses including hiring, onboarding, and leadership development.
