Job summary

Tobin Scientific is seeking an Inventory Operations Lead to maintain inventory accuracy, oversee daily warehouse activities, and ensure compliance with control standards. You will lead Inventory Control Specialists and warehouse staff, driving improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

In this role you will collaborate with the Site Lead, oversee audits, and champion safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of warehousing/inventory control experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inventory control and warehouse activities to meet client requests.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and transaction integrity; oversee audits.
• Perform cycle counts and reconciliations; ensure records are audit-ready.
• Track and report inventory and operational metrics with recommendations.
• Escalate warehouse issues and provide day-to-day leadership to staff.
• Support Site Lead with process improvements and safety initiatives.
